Qualifications

• Attention to detail in fast-paced service environments.
• Stock management and anticipation to prevent shortages.
• Troubleshooting bar equipment and flow issues as needed.
• Maintain bar cleanliness across all surfaces and stations.
• Strong knowledge of beverage menus and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Eyes on critical 6 items: ice, juice, syrups, spirits, glassware, cleanliness.
• Anticipate stock needs during shifts before running out.
• Troubleshoot issues with CO2, dishwashers, beer keys, etc.
• Keep bar top, backbar, waste areas, and floors clean at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and quality standards for drinks.
• Prior experience is highly preferred.
• Be proactive and detail-oriented in daily operations.
