Job summary

The Junto in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time bartender dedicated to delivering high-quality cocktails and exceptional guest service. You will welcome guests warmly, maintain knowledge of our product standards, and ensure efficient service while upholding safety and responsible alcohol service.

Daily duties include crafting classic and creative drinks, wine pairings, and maintaining a clean, organized bar.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender is required.
• An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required.
• Must have Sunday + Monday availability.

Responsibilities

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
• Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking
• Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
