Job summary

The Junto in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated bartender for a full-time role. Earn $12.00 per hour and provide warm hospitality to guests while maintaining high standards of service and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender is required.

Responsibilities

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality.
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience.
• Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking.
• Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times.
• Responsible alcohol service is of top priority
• Work with the team to create scheduling shifts and organize coverage as needed

Salary Range: $12.00 To $12.00 Hourly
