Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Virtual Acute Care in Fairfax East, VA. This part-time role requires a 24-hour workweek with rotating shifts, including four weekend shifts every six weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing.
• 1 year RN experience in critical care or related field.
• Current RN license in Virginia or multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and interpret data sets.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Coordinate care across disciplines for patient transitions.
• Document all patient care activities per standards.
