Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role in Maryland. The RN will provide clinical leadership, supervise nursing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance to support high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining physician orders and care plans. This role offers shift-based hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth in a 120-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license (unencumbered) required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
