Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time evening shifts (3-11pm). The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care is provided according to established plans and standards.

Responsibilities include medication administration, following care plans, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to maintain resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license is required.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
