Job summary

Park Crescent Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor for the 11-7 shift, available every other weekend. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care while coordinating with physicians and the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising assignments, assessing and planning patient care, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining patient safety.

Qualifications

• NJ RN license required.
• Strong clinical assessments and critical thinking required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff including assignments.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Monitor and maintain patient safety and quality of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members including doctors.
• Provide support to patients and their families.
• Manage new admissions and collaborate with doctors on plan of care.
