Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Moorestown, NJ is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role with every other weekend 7:00AM-7:00PM. The RN Supervisor leads nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and guides staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.

You must hold an active New Jersey RN license, have BLS CPR, and at least 2 years in a healthcare setting with prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license required and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition.
• Prioritize care for multiple residents based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through leadership and teamwork.
