Job summary

Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role in New Jersey. The candidate will oversee nursing care, support staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across shifts. The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license, BLS certification, and 2+ years of nursing experience. Training is provided; every other weekend or every weekend options exist, with shift timing 7 AM–7 PM.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• BLS CPR certification
• 2+ years of nursing experience in healthcare
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations in nursing care centers

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
