Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct rounds to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as needed.
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment and open communication among staff.
• Monitor patient care to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
