Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff on a designated shift, ensuring safe medication administration, patient care, and rounds across units. This role emphasizes education for staff, residents, and families, while upholding state, federal, and facility guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds an Associates or Bachelor of Nursing, a current NJ RN license, and a preference for 2+ years in long-term care or subacute settings.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
