Advanced Care Center seeks an Evening RN/LPN Supervisor to lead our nursing staff. You will supervise day-to-day activities, assist in hiring, and ensure consistent practices while communicating performance expectations to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse in good standing and licensed by Florida.
• Clinical experience or specialty skills in geriatrics.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and assign duties.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of personnel.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring of nursing personnel.
• Maintaining consistent practices.
• Effectively communicates performance expectations.
• Assigning specific duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meals for nursing personnel on unit.
