Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor for part-time evenings. You will supervise nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to the nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.

The role offers a 3 PM-11 PM shift on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday, with a competitive rate range of $45.00-$50.00 per hour. Apply to join a team dedicated to safe, compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey with no encumbrances.
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience.
• No supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
