Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for part-time evening coverage (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role includes supervising nursing care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

This position offers same-day pay options and a competitive pay rate of $45.00–$50.00 per hour based on experience. Must hold an active NJ RN license and BLS CPR certification, with at least 2 years of nursing and prior supervisory

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (unencumbered).
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience.
• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care by clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership.
