Midland College in Midland, TX seeks a part-time adjunct Associate Degree Nursing faculty member to teach lecture and lab courses on campus or via online/hybrid delivery. Clinical instruction may occur at external sites or the F. Marie Hall SimLife Center.

Qualifications

• MSN required; or BSN with master's degree in nursing and graduate content
• Unencumbered RN license in Texas
• 3 years nursing experience or advanced preparation in nursing education
• Proficient in English
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office
• Valid Texas driver's license

Responsibilities

• Teach classes, labs, and clinicals as assigned
• Collaborate with Department Chair and faculty to meet outcomes
• Coordinate with clinical staff to provide learning experiences
• Utilize simulation lab with high-fidelity manikins
• Assist with curriculum development and evaluation
• Maintain records and submit documentation timely
• Create a well-managed learning environment across locations
• Demonstrate professionalism and dependability
