Job summary

Greencroft Communities' Walnut Hills is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join the Assisted Living team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, supervise Nursing Assistants, and monitor residents' health.

Qualifications

• Current active RN or LPN license in Ohio in good standing.
• Long term care or experience working with older adults preferred.
• Strong assessment, observation, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs
• Complete assessments, vital signs, weights and other routine monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments and ordered diagnostic tests
• Document care and communicate changes with physicians, families and the care team
• Process orders, admissions, discharges and required documentation
• Help maintain adequate medications and supplies
• Promote a safe, respectful and positive environment for residents
