Job summary

Walnut Hills, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our Assisted Living team. You’ll provide hands-on nursing care, supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor residents’ health, and build meaningful relationships with those you care for.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care or with older adults preferred.
• Ability to lead, supervise Nursing Assistants and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
• Complete assessments, vital signs, weights, and other routine monitoring.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ordered diagnostic tests.
• Document care and communicate changes with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Process orders, admissions, discharges, and required documentation.
• Help maintain adequate medications and supplies.
