Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Hematology/Oncology/Cellular Therapy unit. The RN will coordinate patient care, provide education to patients and families, and support transitions of care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include delivering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care, with opportunities for professional growth and involvement in the Cellular Therapy program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care and education.
• Support transitions of care and discharge planning.
• Provide leadership through mentoring and quality improvement efforts.
• Adapt to flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends and on‑call.
