Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program; one year of RN experience required.
• All entry-level associate degree RNs must provide evidence of BSN within five years from RN start date.
• Excellent communication skills; experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends and on-call.
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care across practice settings and transitions.
• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education.
