Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership through preceptor, formal and informal roles and contribute to quality improvement.
• May be required to drive a personal vehicle as needed for the role.
