Job summary

Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem, Ohio is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool, covering Tower 2/Med Surg, Tower 1/ICU, and ED. The role supports a 0.6 FTE schedule with a 7:00 pm–7:30 am shift, every third weekend, and major/minor holiday rotations.

The RN will coordinate and direct patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with the healthcare team to meet diverse patient needs across age groups.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license in Ohio.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and EKG interpretation certifications.
• Experience or recent graduation within the last 12 months applying the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct delivery of competent patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across age groups.
• Collaborate with the health care team to implement care plans.
