Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Responsibilities

• Obtain claimant demographics and physician information.
• Evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence (ADL/IADL).
• Perform cognitive screening and document results in the web application.
• Use a point of care system on a laptop or tablet for real-time documentation.
