Responsibilities

• Perform Long Term Care insurance assessments for claimants.
• Collect demographics, physician information, and current medication lists.
• Evaluate claimant’s functional independence (ADL/IADL) and basic cognitive screening.
• Use a point-of-care system on laptop/tablet for real-time documentation.
