Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and medication lists.
• Evaluate claimant's functional level of independence.
• Perform brief cognitive screening.
• Evaluate ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks.
• Use a point of care web application on a laptop or tablet for real-time documentation.
