Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
