Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a NEW GRAD Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time day shifts (2x12s, 6am-6:30pm). The RN will oversee medical services for a patient caseload, coordinating master treatment and discharge plans under supervision of a licensed provider.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, vital signs, and MDT collaboration. Requires an active RN license, CPR/First Aid, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and communicate observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Monitor vital signs and document in the patient record.
• Develop and implement admission, orientation and discharge plans.
• Coordinate with the MDT in treatment and discharge planning.
