Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical services for a caseload of patients in an adult inpatient setting in Edmonds, WA. The RN will coordinate master treatment and discharge plans, communicate with treatment teams, and ensure documentation is timely and accurate.

The position requires an active WA RN license, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and proficiency with EMR systems (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of Washington.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients; observe and report significant observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and participate in patient education.
• Utilize de‑escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge planning for patients and families.
• Collaborate with the treatment team on master treatment and discharge plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Document vital signs, assessments and progress notes accurately.
• Coordinate medical updates with Utilization Review and managed care.
