Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and be able to practice in Colorado.
• Experience in acute care is preferred.
• English fluency in reading, speaking, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence.
