Job summary

VitalCore Health Strategies seeks a Part-Time Registered Nurse at North Central Correctional Institute in Gardner, MA. The RN will deliver quality care within the scope of practice, supervise nursing activities, and advocate for patients in a correctional facility setting.

Must hold a Nursing Degree and a current MA RN license. Part-Time with Day and Evening shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided, along with opportunities to participate in ongoing training and quality

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current license in this state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor symptoms or changes in patients’ condition.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
