Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents according to individual care plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Oversee CNAs during shifts, assign work, train staff, ensure quality of care.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for resident care.
