Crescent Community Health Center in Dubuque, IA seeks a Part-Time Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care as part of our medical department. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a community health setting.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering medications, maintaining records in our EHR system, collaborating with clinicians, and supporting health equity initiatives in the community.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current and valid RN license in the state of employment.
• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred in community health.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and others to implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate records compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
