Job summary

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Dubuque, IA!

Clinic hours are 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fridays, with a flexible 4-day work week and about 18-22 patients per day. The EHR is Epic, and the provider team includes 9 providers with 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN licensure.
• Current BLS or CPR/First Aid certification.
• Mandatory reporter training for child and dependent adult abuse certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care at a community health center (FQHC).
• Collaborate with a provider team of 9 providers, 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider.
• Document care in Epic EHR during clinic hours.

The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details:

• Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday & 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fridays
