Divine Care Spaces in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Nurse Supervisor for a small, residential assisted living home with up to 5 residents. This flexible, low-hour, part-time salaried role involves on-site visits about once per week and occasional remote work.

Responsibilities include clinical oversight, assessments, medication management, staff supervision, and updating service plans, with remote work possible when appropriate.

Qualifikationen

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living, home care, long-term care, waiver services, or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of Minnesota assisted living requirements preferred.
• Experience with medication management and RN delegation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Complete resident nursing assessments and reassessments.
• Review and update service plans.
• Oversee medication management and related concerns.
• Provide RN delegation and supervision to unlicensed staff.
• Train and support staff on delegated tasks, medication administration, documentation, and resident care needs.
• Review incident reports and changes in condition.
