Rightway Home Care Services, Inc. in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care for a medically complex client. The role is part-time, 1–2 days per week, with 16 hours per week, in-person.

The RN will work to meet DHS/MN Department of Health guidelines, perform direct nursing procedures, and maintain required documentation and medication administration for the client. Immediate hire and team-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Minnesota nursing license and valid driver's license.
• Mantoux testing current.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ensure health and safety needs of the client are met.
• Help ensure compliance with current regulations and standards of practice.
• Relate professionally with client and family members.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform direct nursing treatments and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain client medical records and care plans; ensure timely assessments.
• Ensure physician orders are signed and implemented.
• Maintain medication administration program.
• Report observations of client’s behavior.
• Be a team player; perform duties as required.
