Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Associate’s degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of RN CM/DN experience in Maryland.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and health services for program participants as ordered by the health care provider.
• Manage nursing assessments and health records in the electronic medical records system (CIMS).
• Assess and triage urgent or acute conditions during program hours.
• Train, delegate, and supervise CMTs and other unlicensed staff in participant care.
• Complete and update nursing assessments and care plans per MBON and DDA rules.
