• Collaborate with beneficiaries, caregivers, and providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with CMSA principles and payer requirements.
• Read, understand, and adhere to HIPAA and related confidentiality policies.
• Pursue ongoing education and maintain licensure and certifications.
