Formación

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• 3-5 years RN clinical experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate care options for beneficiaries across the care continuum.
• Develop beneficiary-centered care plans and coordinate with the health plan care team.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance including HIPAA.
