Job summary

HomeWell Care Services FL262 is seeking a dependable part-time Registered Nurse for a nonskilled home care role. You will support clients in their homes, perform assessments, and supervise caregivers to ensure safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, home health/home care preferred.
• Familiar with AHCA background screening processes and health screening requirements.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients at home for consultations and assess current clients.
• Perform reassessments after hospital stays or changes in condition.
• Document assessments and care plans per AHCA rules and agency policy.
• Assign tasks to caregivers based on each client’s plan of care and ensure proper training.
