Qualifications
- RN license in Florida is required.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- One year of supervisory experience in home health is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with families and aides.
- Supervise and train certified nursing assistants and home health aides.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to establish care plans.
- Oversee staff, review medications, and ensure staff competency during 60-day visits.
- Provide team education on Emergency Management and office procedures.
