Job summary

Eye Mountain Cares LLC is seeking an experienced Florida RN to serve as Nurse Manager for our home care agency. This part-time, flexible opportunity is ideal for a retired or semi-retired RN who wishes to earn additional income while maintaining a flexible schedule.

The Nurse Manager will oversee nursing activities, ensure AHCA compliance, and participate in staff education. Flexible work-from-home options are available and compensation will reflect responsibilities and experience.

Qualifications

• This role requires a current Florida RN license and compliance with AHCA regulations.
• Experience in home care, long-term care, or nursing management is preferred.
• Ability to review and sign care plans and oversee nursing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency's Nurse Manager and provide nursing oversight.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and respond during AHCA reviews.
• Review client care plans and ensure services meet client needs.
• Provide training and guidance to management and caregivers.
• Be available for consultations regarding client-care concerns.
