Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive total solutions in a busy store environment. You will lead Print Services, manage customer interactions, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining visual standards and community engagement.

You will also act as a part-time Key Carrier and Leader on Duty, supporting opening/closing duties and store security, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates and assists colleagues on Print Services equipment to complete orders on time.
• Identify process improvements and support loss prevention compliance.
