Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print. You will build customer relationships, coach associates, and maintain store standards while supporting sales goals.

You will participate in opening/closing duties as an External Key Carrier, ensuring store safety and loss prevention compliance. Background checks may be required per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail; ideally experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operates and assists with Print Services equipment to ensure accurate, on-time orders.
• Process merchandise per procedures and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and AOV improvements.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty responsibilities including opening/closing and safety.
