Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Team Lead for a part-time role in New Orleans. You will leverage training to offer total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print while building trusted customer relationships.

Responsibilities include driving store sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties, including opening and closing the store. Strong customer service and basic POS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise and maintain visual standards.
• Client Engagement: coach associates and enhance customer experience.
• External Key Carrier & Leader on Duty: opening/closing responsibilities and store safety.
