Job summary

vineyard vines in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder at University Town Center to lead store initiatives, coach and develop the team into Brand Ambassadors, and help deliver the good life vibe on the sales floor.

You’ll partner with management to identify opportunities, open and close the store, drive sales, and execute floor plans while training staff and maintaining brand standards; weekend availability and 20–30 hours weekly are required; seasonal peaks may increase hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Team-focused, confident and professional.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast paced environment.
