Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to help drive a customer‑ and product‑focused sales culture in our retail environment.

You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization while delivering MAPS standards and a cohesive omni‑channel experience. The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor.
• Reorganizes merchandise to maximize stock space and ensures timely merchandising of new products.
• Enters receiving documents into the computer system and reconciles invoices as applicable.
• Completes store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly.
• Manages visual materials, signage, and stockroom organization.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Supports MAPS customer service standards and omni-channel experience.
