The Part-Time Supervisor at Catalyst Brands supports the store leadership to deliver a great customer experience, drive sales, and maintain visually appealing operations. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a proactive, energetic approach.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, executing merchandising standards, handling POS on shifts, and modeling company values. Flexible availability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and occasional travel to other locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail or similar volume (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• As Part-Time Supervisor, support management to achieve sales and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be a role model for customer experience and store standards.
• Ensure merchandising and operations meet brand standards.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and assist in supervisor duties.
