Converse, Inc. in Glendale, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in our Converse Americana store. You’ll deliver excellent service, manage daily operations, and ensure the customer experience reflects our iconic brand.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or consumer service, flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to learn about new products. Expect an hourly pay range of $23.00–$29.90 with employee discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and ability to lift.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus.

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about Converse products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service aligned with SOLE to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stock products and build displays.
