Job summary

Converse is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor at the Glendale, CA store to energize our team and elevate the customer experience with authentic style and product knowledge.

You will lead by example, handle cash, assist with stock, and ensure engaging service during nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 25-hour weekly schedule. Candidates must be 18+ with at least 1 year of retail experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
