Converse Albertville is seeking a Retail Supervisor to energize our store and deliver authentic service that makes customers feel seen and inspired. This part-time role combines leadership with hands-on service, requiring versatility, a positive attitude, and a passion for sport culture.

You'll lead by example, operate the cash register, stock shelves, build displays, and train teammates while working 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
