Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements including standing for extended periods and ability to lift/light objects

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Converse products and services to best support customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with SOLE to bring the consumer journey to life
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step
• Operate cash register, shipping/receiving, stock products, and build visual displays
